1. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years of age to access or register for events through this Website.
• You agree to use the Website lawfully and refrain from any action that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service for violations of these Terms.

2. Event Registration and Participation

• All event bookings, sponsorships, and registrations are subject to approval by Maxpo Exhibitions, the organizer of India Property Show.
• Registrations become final upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Maxpo Exhibitions.
• By registering, you agree to receive communications from us regarding event logistics, updates, and promotions.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Payment Terms

• All invoices must be paid in full within five (5) business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment methods include bank transfer or approved credit card payments as indicated on your invoice.
• Registrations without timely payment may be cancelled without notice.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

• All payments made to Maxpo Exhibitions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If a delegate cannot attend, a substitute from the same organization may attend at no additional cost, provided written notice is given at least 48 hours before the event.
• Sponsors and exhibitors are not eligible for cancellations once payment has been processed. A credit may be issued at Maxpo’s discretion for a future edition.

5. Event Changes and Force Majeure

• Maxpo Exhibitions reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, convert to virtual format, or modify the event agenda, structure, or speakers due to circumstances beyond our control.
• In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the event may be conducted virtually or rescheduled.
• Under such circumstances, Maxpo Exhibitions will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by attendees or partners.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Website content, including text, graphics, designs, videos, and images, is owned or licensed by Maxpo Exhibitions.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Website without prior written permission.
• All trademarks and logos are the property of Maxpo Exhibitions or its partners.

7. Photography and Media Release

• By attending India Property Show, you consent to photography, video, and audio recordings which may be used for promotional purposes.
• If you wish not to be featured, you must inform organizers in writing prior to the event.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Your information may be shared with event sponsors or partners strictly for networking or business purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Maxpo Exhibitions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Website or participation in the event.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of other attendees, sponsors, or third-party vendors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maxpo Exhibitions, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or participation in India Property Show.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Modifications to Terms

• Maxpo Exhibitions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
• Continued use of our Website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
